Our 2,752 sq ft diamond in the rough is located on a cove near Cowan Creek area of Weiss Lake and offers easy access to the lake, private 9 ft wide concrete boat ramp and dock with cleats.
Our quiet neighborhood has both full time residents and weekenders. As you enjoy the peace and quiet, you will also be able to watch the herons, ducks, and geese along with other wildlife. If you look closely, you might even spot a few turtles.
On the main level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are an open concept with access to the sunporch for dining. On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Off of the 4th bedroom is a utility room with washer, dryer and a dehumidifier system (there is a hum when the dehumidifier is running). There are also 2 family rooms that are open to each other, great for the kids to hang out. One room has a TV and 2 recliners, the other room has a foosball table along with access to the lower-level patio.
Enjoy the view of the lake from the deck off of the sunporch. There is also a portion of the deck that is screened.
For your convenience each bedroom along with the main level living room and lower-level family room has a smart TV ready for your personal streaming services.
Having rented VRBO's ourselves, we know how important the kitchen is. Our kitchen is well-equipped for your needs with plenty of cookware, utensils, blender, crock-pot, mixing bowls, etc. Plus there is plenty of storage in the pantry for your stuff.
